Victoria Star
Now She is renamed as Victoria Selina, known as one of the best 5-star ships on Yangtze River. The Victoria Cruiselines is the only cruise managed by American Company with quality assurance.
All of the rooms are equipped with balcony, internet connection, satellite television and so on. There are 4 suites in the ship equipped with private bathroom with a bath an shower.
The Victoria Selina (Star) is a recognized ship with good reputation and popularity. And she was awarded "Five-Star Cruise Ship" by the China National Tourism Administration in 2003. The high ceilings and elegant decor throughout the ship's interior ensure that passengers will sail in comfort as they experience the scenery, history and culture of the Yangtze.
Service
The service is fabulous. Everyone is friendly and greeted you as you walk by. The cabin, as well as the entire ship is immaculate.
Tai Chi lessons are given every morning in the Yangtze Club and are well attended. There are lectures and demonstrations by the kite master and painter.
Every night there is a show put on the cruise staff. They are not professionals they are interesting. There are fabulous Chinese costumes, dancing, recorded music and a staff/cruiser talent show.
There is the Captain's welcome aboard cocktail party held in the Yangtze club on the first evening, that is very nice. Sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres are served.
Shore excursions
Everyday there is a tour. The tours are divided up by the groups you are traveling with. The tours are lead by the Victoria Cruise trip guide and a driver.
