Dear Sara, Thank you again for all the arrangements you made for us in China. Everything worked like clockwork—No hitches and no problems. We followed your advice about getting to the train station in Chengdu 1 ½ hours early and we needed every bit of that time, but Bill was able to get both sets of train tickets there.
And we saw Davy with his sign with our name in the huge crowd coming out of the train station in Chongquin—such a relief to be able to get with him right away. The Ramada Hotel in Yichang was especially nice – one of the best hotels we stayed in – we highly recommend it. The train rides were very interesting and we had no trouble finding our seats.
Just an all round great trip. Thanks again for all your help and suggestions.

Hi Nancy!
So that was a great but exhausting trip! Thank you for everything! I can now scratch China off the list of places to see! I did make some notes along the trip for feedback on the trip if your interested!
when we arrived in Chongqing via the train station our tour guide had the wrong name (Jason was on her paper) and had been waiting 5 hours for us to show up. So there was poor communication as to who and when she was supposed to be there.
Unfortunately my cell was virtually useless in china so I had no way to look up via internet if she was the name given by you as our tour guide. The internet service on the cruise wasnt very good so I wasnt able to write down what our guides name was to pick us up...thus more confusion. and lastly its hard to receive emails from you at the right time in regards to who our tour guide was supposed to be. there were days where we where travelling/moving around all day without internet access...which kinda left us in the dark as to what to expect/who to expect to pick us up.
Hopefully this helps with other peoples trips!! Also i would HIGHLY recommend you tell more people about Jhangjiajie!!! that area is a China must see!!! cheers

Hi Allan,
We are now in Chengdu and went to see the pandas today, they were just gorgeous and we have enjoyed this very busy city.
Thank you for your help with the Yangtze cruise, it was wonderful and so spectacular. The crew on the ship were friendly and made us welcome, we were the only 2 English speaking on the cruise, but this was not a problem at all. The Chinese people were very kind and friendly.
We loved Gui Lin and the day cruise on the Li River was really great, we were picked up on time and dropped off on time, the guide was lovely. I would recommend you and your company, you have been most helpfull. We are going to Xi'an tomorrow for 2 days, then Beijing and then Shanghai. We are loving China and are surprised how beautiful it is. Kind regards,

Dear Nancy,
Greetings. sorry for the late response...we are now just back from the easter break. Got a good chance to recover and relax from the trip. thank you so much for organizing such a wonderful trip in such little time.
We had a great experience of China in dept. The guides were very friendly and we got along really well. The food was good as well...and the attractions were just wonderful. We will definitely come back to China for another holiday some time in life :)
The only thing not so nice was in Yangshou we saw the Moon Hill from the road side...not sure if this is the actual viewing point for this attraction. However, overall it was a great experience...
Yangshou is very beautiful and so scenic...we loved the bicycle ride and the bamboo rafting. Hongkong was also alot of fun...we saw a lot in a short time. I will definitely take some time and write on Tripadvisor one of these days.
I also work for a Travel and Tours company in Kenya - Travelshoppe Company Limited. So if you ever have clients wanting to visit Africa...let me know and maybe we can work together. thanks once again - for arranging a great holiday for us. Its been a pleasure knowing you even though its through email. Say a special hello to all the tour guides... Kind Regards

Hi Michelle,
I have just arrived home and I want to thank you sincerely for organizing such a wonderful tour for our party of four adults and three children. Your friendly guides and drivers were all excellent. We were always met on arrival and assisted on each departure for every stage of the tour, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the marvelous sights we were shown and the interesting commentary presented. The accommodation was always four star as promised, and the meals were tasty and satisfying.
I particularly want to thank you for arranging our Hong Kong accommodation. This service was not part of your obligation, but we are all very grateful for your time and efforts to do this for us. The hotel you chose was clean and comfortable, and was in a perfect location. As a result we all enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong immensely. I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to any of our friends and acquaintances. Thanks again,

Just a note to thank you so much for the wonderful holiday we had in China. The trip was well thought out, with the sight seeing thoughtfully arranged to include a variety of historical, traditional, cultural and scenic points.
The whole trip was hastle free, with pickups arranged at the airports and us being even assisted to book back into the flights departing the various places. We enjoyed the train ride too, and the guides and vehicles were all excellent. The guide and hotel in Huangzhou was really good too and we enjoyed our stay there.
Thank you for your patience with the few changes also that we incurred on our journey, specially as we disturbed a couple of times on your off duty days too. Thanks once again for everything Michelle, we would rate our overall tour as EXCELLENT!! Regards
