Dear Nancy, There's really nothing that you can improve, believe me! The main reason that brought me to my decision was that last year we spent our honeymoon travelling with another chinese travel agency, and everything went so well that we've decided to ask them a quotation for our new tour. Once more they have been so kind and efficient (like you), so we've decided not to change company. It's also been a matter of price, but this was a just secondary reason. I think you have nothing to learn from nobody! Also your website is fabulous. In Italy it's a pity that many travel agencies aren't used to be so professional and fast as you chinese are. I like to plan my holidays by using the internet and I must say that you (and also the other travel agencies I've contacted) have been ready to answer immediately to all my requests, and I appreciate it so much. The only proposal I can send you is to reduce - if you can - the amount of the deposit, because to me the 50% is really a high percentage. Other companies ask just 10%. Anyway this is just a little detail with little importance. I can't tell you anything else than: keep on working like you have done with me!! Best wishes,

Helen and our driver "Mr. Kir?" (I apologize, I never saw his name written, so I may be way off) were both excellent. I always felt safe with Mr Kir's driving skills. He always greeted us with a smile and several times even participated in our conversations.

I can't say enough positive things about Helen. She has such a nice personality and it was a true pleasure. We always felt comfortable while during the tour. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Her English was excellent.

Dear Allan, We enjoyed all the meals especially the breakfast at the Universal Hotel in Guilin and the breakfast at the Longsheng Hot Springs Resort. Incidentally both of these lodgings were very nice and comfortable. The one negative was the New West in Yangshuo. In english we have a word, "funky". My family and I thought that the hotel was funky. Sometimes "funky" can be a good thing, sometimes not.... in this case the hotel was just a bit off and definitely wasn't of the same calliber as Guilin or Longsheng, even though they were all 3 star facilities. Dear Sara, we would like to stick to the offer with the 5 stars hotels in Guilin and Yangshuo. Thirdly, I want to remind you that we'd like to leave Shanghai (November 7th) late in the afternoon. About that you told us (2011-11-17 email) that you could book the plane around 6 o'clock pm wasn't it ? Then also could the guide accompany us to the airport on November 12th ? And can you recommend us a good restaurant in Hong Kong where we can have the bests Dim-Sum ?
