Hi Libby, Thanks for a great trip to Beijing! We had a great trip with Arthur, and can't say enough how great of a guide he was- truly felt welcome in a foreign land. He was very informative and professional, and at the same time fun and flexible. Some of the government-run shops that were not on the schedule were a little much and felt like tourist traps, but otherwise everything was great- nothing negative to say about the car, driver, or food. Hi, Nancy, I just talked to the ladies, they just finished holding the Pandas and took a million pictures. They are really having so much fun and have really enjoyed there guides. They have enjoyed all of the hotels with the except of the one in Yangshou, they mentioned it was very dirty. Don't worry about the small mix-up with the other hotel, they said the problem was worked out fairly quick..they are always happy! You can plan on them leaving in the evening of the 21st on AA182 PVG-LAX 2135-1825, this way, they can take the entire day to see PVG. Dear Nancy, We very much enjoyed the tour thank you. There were a few minor problems such as food poisoning in the restaurant in Lijiang which could have been avoided had the restaurant heated our food correctly and not served it luke warm but we addressed these issues with the guide at the time. Also we were not happy with the hotel in Lijiang. Our room was facing a small alley and next to a very noisy bar which kept us awake all hours. It was a very dark room with no daylight at all and was also very cold. Breakfast was completely Chinese and they did not seem to cater for foreigners at all apart from having eggs. However the Hotel in Shangril La was wonderful. All in all it was an excellent tour and we would be happy to use your cervices again. Thank you very much for all your help. Kind Regards,

Hi Nancy, My Mother and Bettie made it home in fine fashion....first class all the way! They had such a wonderful time and you guys made me look like a king to them for taking such good care of them, but you deserve most of the credit. we came to chengdu on mdonay! i am going to see pandas tomorrow morning, but it's completely insane here because of National Week. everywhere we go, it's a sea of chinese people. i feel so dizzy.
