So that was a great but exhausting trip! Thank you for everything! I can now scratch China off the list of places to see! I did make some notes along the trip for feedback on the trip if your interested!

when we arrived in Chongqing via the train station our tour guide had the wrong name (Jason was on her paper) and had been waiting 5 hours for us to show up. So there was poor communication as to who and when she was supposed to be there.

Unfortunately my cell was virtually useless in china so I had no way to look up via internet if she was the name given by you as our tour guide. The internet service on the cruise wasnt very good so I wasnt able to write down what our guides name was to pick us up...thus more confusion. and lastly its hard to receive emails from you at the right time in regards to who our tour guide was supposed to be. there were days where we where travelling/moving around all day without internet access...which kinda left us in the dark as to what to expect/who to expect to pick us up.

Hopefully this helps with other peoples trips!! Also i would HIGHLY recommend you tell more people about Jhangjiajie!!! that area is a China must see!!! cheers

Staying at the Li-An Lodge in Guilin had amazing service!! but you should let people know when they stay there they need to pre-book dinner. We were originally told that we couldnt eat there but instead had to venture into the dark streets (with uneven steps/ground everywhere) to get dinner somewhe! re else because we didnt book dinner with them. In the end an American forced the issue and we were all able to eat there. and lastly its hard to receive emails from you at the right time in regards to who our tour guide was supposed to be. there were days where we where travelling/moving around all day without internet access...which kinda left us in the dark as to what to expect/who to expect to pick us up. Nancy, Thank you. Jill does not have access ti her email while in China...sorry about that poor planning on our end. Everything worked out perfectly though. We met our driver this morning at the hotel and have been working with our guide and driver here in Xi'an. We are all very impressed with the efficiency and reliability of your company. Thank you VERY much.

Nancy, Thank you very much. I had problems with paypal, my account, etc, so gave up and used the china bank link. I thank you for your incredible patience. Next time, I will arrange travel plans with you first. Note, I did not use any travel services except yours. All other arrangements I did my self going through internet. However, I found it's easier using your services and made me feel more comfortable. I certainly will recommend you to my friends!

Dear Sara. Apologies for not replying sooner. Other priorities have intervened. Our tour group greatly enjoyed our trip to Huangshan and Jingdezhen. The weather in Huangshan was perfect and the views spectacular. We also enjoyed the hotel (great location and good food) and the crowds were OK in the early morning and the evening, so staying the night was the right decision. We enjoyed our visits to Xidi and Hongcun, one well developed and commercial, the other in a more "natural" state, so a good contrast. We could have done with more time, as our visits were a bit hurried. Jingdezhen was interesting, particularly the old kiln and museum and we had a great time shopping. The hotel, KaiMenZi (which I chose) was not good. Poor food, poor service and no possibility of buying either a drink or a coffee after 6pm. The location also meant we could not wander around the town in the evening which we would have liked to do. I'm not sure what the alternatives were. The visit and lunch at SanBao Ceramic Centre was the highlight. The driver was excellent and the coach comfortable. Our guide's English was good and we had no trouble communicating. He was also very open to our suggestions and flexible enough to change plans. His food ordering was excellent, as we had specific requirements for lots of vegetables!
