Upon arrival at the Guilin airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel. Free time for the rest of the day, recommend you to walk around the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street.

Drive about 2 hours from Guilin to Longji. After your visiting, drive back to Guilin.

Day  4  Guilin   (B,L)

Free time in Yangshuo in the afternoon. Optional activities in Yangshuo: Walk around West street; Enjoy a class for Chinese Tachi in Yangshuo at sunset; Envening show - Impression Liu Sanjie; Cormorant Bird catching fish show at night.

Day  5  Guilin, Chongqing   (B,L)

Morning cycle along trails to see rice paddies, farm house, green limestone hills and countryside. Bike ride is very popular in Yangshuo. Visit Moon Hill and Big Banyan Tree on the way. Later today you will be transferred to Chongqing by air. Enjoy Chongqing Night View before we get on board on Cruise Ship.

Day  6  Chongqing   (B,L,D)

The famous Yangtze Cruise starts from Chaotian Gate Wharf from Chongqing. Enjoy your shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City (08h00-10h00).

Day  7  Yangtze Cruise   (B,L,D)

Sailing through the beautiful Wu Gorge. Shore excursion to Lesser Three Gorges or Shennong Stream(10h00-13h00).

Day  8  Yichang, Shanghai   (  B)

Shore excursion to The Three Gorges Dam Site (08h00-10h00). Arrive in Yichang at 13h00. Upon arrival at the dock, pickup and transfer to Yichang airport for your flight to Shanghai. Another tour guide pickup you from Shanghai airport. Free time to expore the night of Shanghai. Recommend you to walk around the famous Nanjing Road. (optional). For those people like clubs and bars, the news fun and entertainment place of Xintiandi is the best choice.

Day  10  Shanghai, Huangshan   (B,L)

Continue your sightseeing tour in Shanghai. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to airport for your flight to Huangshan city. Upon arrival at Huangshan airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel.

Day  11  Huangshan   (B,L)

In the morning we will drive for 1.5 hours to Mount Huangshan, take Yungu cable car up to the top of Mount Huangshan. After checking into the hotel and lunch, you will start your visiting. In the evening you will enjoy the sunset from the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion. Stay overnight on top of the mountain. These two days sightseeings include Brush Pen Peak, Lion Peak, Cloud Dispelling Pavilion, Begin-to-Believe Peak, Flying Stone, Bright Summit Peak.

Day  12  Huangshan   (B,L)

Try to get up early in the morning to catch the Mount Huangshan's magnificent sunrise (if weather permit). After breakfast, we will start our visiting. After the tour, take Yungu cable car down the mountain where your driver will be waiting and drive you back to Yixian County to visit Tangyue Memorial Archways. After the tour, drive back to Huangshan downtown.

Day  13  Huangshan, Shanghai   (B,L)

In the morning, we'll transfer to Yixian country to visit two villages-Hongcun and Xidi, which are old traditional houses. Hongcun is the Unique Buffalo-shaped Village. The representatives of houses in Xidi village are several ancient clan halls and merchants' residences, the Hall of Kindness, the Hall of Auspices, etc. to name a few. Later transferred to Huangshan airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival at Shanghai airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel.

Day  14  Shanghai   (B)

Leisure on your own untill transferred to Shanghai airport for your flight to your next destination. Your pleasant China tour with Yangtze River Cruise and Mount Huangshan ends here.

Tipping Policy in China

Shennong Stream was incredible with the Tujia people rowing boats and sharing a glimpse of their lives with us visitors. Then the Three Gorges Dam was pretty cool too. The cruise ship was OK – food was so so. But Shennong and Yichang area will be definitely worth visiting again.

Hi Nancy! Thank you for everything. The tour was nice and we had a good time. Few comments: Guides in general where very nice, one of the nicest ones was Eddy (Asian Dragon) in Guilin. The guide for the rice terraces was also very nice, I don't remember who it was anymore but we had a nice guide that day! The guide for the Li River was also very enthusiastic ( I don't remember his name).
