Hi
Nancy,
Thank you for your E/mail on our arrival home to Australia. We both enjoyed Yunnan Province very much. Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri La are very beautiful Cities with so much to see & do. Your Tour Guides were all very good, especially Joan at Lijiang. Driver Mr Young, from Lijiang to Shangri La was excellent. All the hotels were Good but next time we will upgrade each room from standard to Deluxe. All meals except Lunch at Dali, were excellent. The lunch at The Stone Forest tour was the Meal we enjoyed the most in China. It was Excellent. The One thing we will definitely change next time is to have a rest day in Dali & Lijiang to ourselves to do some shopping. We can now understand why you use The Landscape Hotel in Dali, It is so much in a better location as to enjoy The Old Town.
Thank you for your Excellent Service as our tour operator, we do not have any complaints, & will Recommend You to our family & friends if they plan to travel to China Kind Regards & Best Wishes

Dear Ms.Nancy, I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr.Winyou’s group to Shangri-la & Deqin during April 13- 18, 2012. Our trip was wonderful and we do thank you for making it so.
We feel we were really able to enjoy the main sights, and get a feel of Tibetan culture in Shangri-la. Unfortunately, we had such a short time in Zhongdian due to difficulties of boarding our flight in Kunming, but those visits showed us some fascinating highlights. We especially commend you for finding such excellent tour guides and driver. Mr.Hou in Kunming was knowledgeable and helpful, we wish we would spend longer time with him.
Ms.Yangzong-Maria in Shangri-la was extremely wonderful. She did not just professionally provide us good service and valuable knowledge; as well she went above the call of duty to give us Tibetan sense of living by showing her faith in Buddhism with excellent explanation in English. We were truly appreciated her effort; and we will proudly and definitely recommend Ms.Yangzong-Maria to any of my friends who like to visit Shangri-la.
Our driver (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was also great with safety and driving skill on such curvy roads, we were happy to have him. In addition, we have mostly selected food and accommodation by ourselves, we were not much expect from our local tour guide. Overall was acceptable and flexible choices.
Thanks again and hope all is well with you; also looking forward to visit China again.
