Hi
Nancy Many thanks for all help on my business and holiday trip to China I was very pleased with all the arrangements and although we had a little problem with my wife being picked up at the airport I was impressed at the way it was sorted and in our refund for the taxi. You guides and drivers were a credit to your company and I have no complaints. Certainly should we need to return to China I would not hesitate in using your services again.

Tips for trekking in Shangri-La (Zhongdian)
Weather condition for trekking in Tiger Leaping Gorge
The raining season in Zhongdian, Tiger Leaping Gorge and Lijiang is from late May to early September, roads might be blocked by mountain slide or falling rocks. The best traveling time for our trekking tour is from October to April.
In case of bad weather condition or road difficulties, the original itinerary which has been confirmed by us might has to be changed. The leader for this treking tour is our local tour guide, sometimes even the whole trip could be cancelled eventually.
Clothing
1.It's advisable to dress in layers that can be easily added or removed as temperatures vary greatly within a day in Shangri-La.
2.A windbreaker is advisable at any time of year.
3.A down jacket (better with hat) together with other warm-keeping clothing is necessary if you want to travel into remote areas or to have a trekking tour.
4.A pair of durable and comfortable shoes. Water-proof and warm-keeping climbing shoes are recommended.
5.Waterproof clothing and raingear are highly recommended if you come to Shangri-La in July and August because it rains frequently during this period.
Food and Drink
1.Snacks can ensure your energy, like chocolate, squeeze biscuits, etc.
2.Drinking water is a necessity when traveling further.
Sunscreen
1.High SPF sunscreen cream, sun block, skin cream and lip balm to against intense sunlight and dry weather.
2.Sunglasses and sunhat can protect you effectively from being exposed to the scorching sunlight.
