Sara Thank you every thing went well and we greatly enjoyed our trip to China it is an amazing place Our guides were really special and we enjoyed the sharing of their knowledge and experiences
We did not enjoy the long long time often spend waiting for our transport ie the trip from hotel accommodation to train was 10 minutes, the wait for the train at the station was over one hour…yuk would rather have had a sleep-in or longer time for the lovely breakfasts We look forward to our next visit Again thank for a lovely trip

In Pingyao, replacing the Changyifeng Hotel would be better for your references. Apparently there is a new owner who did not realize yet, that buying a hotel is not enough: he has to operate it properly. The numerous young female staff has been extremely friendly, but also extremely incompetent. But apart from these little deficiencies, which did not much harm my good humour, the tour has been amazing, mainly the people, the mountains and the trains. It has not been my last stay in China and I can recommend your company for organization. Thank you and best wishes for the future.
