Day 11 Lhasa, Chengdu ( B,L ) |
Take morning flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival at Chengdu airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel. We will visit the Temple of the Marquis of Wu and Wenshu Monastery. |
Wenshu Monastery | Wenshu Monastery was originally built at this site in the north of the city during the Tang Dynasty. The building today however is a Qing Dynasty construction consisting of an impressive collection of buildings containing some intricate and beautiful art and architecture. | Temple of the Marquis of Wu | The Temple of the Marquis of Wu (Wuhou Ci) is located in the outskirts of Chengdu, there is a large temple here containing a statue of Zhu Ge and an impressive Three Wonders Tablet, so called because it contains exquisite examples of calligraphy, carving and poetry. |

Day 12 Chengdu ( B,L ) |
Today we will transfer to have boat ride on Min Jiangto visit Leshan (about 2 hours). Enjoy the landscape of Chengdu Plain on the way. Afterwards we have the other half an hour drive to Mt. E'mei, visit the Nation Dedicating Temple (Baoguosi). Stay overnight in the hotel located at the foot of Mountain E'mei. |

Day 13 Chengdu ( B,L,D ) |
Take the cable car up to the Mt. E'mei to visit the Wannian Temple, a very well known ancient temple of the mountain. You could hike to Yixiantian, then down to the mountain and drive back to Chengdu. Leisure on your own at the rest of the day. Enjoy local opera in a teahouse at night. |

Day 14 Chengdu, Shanghai ( B,L ) |
Continue your city tour in Chengdu. Later you will be transferred to Chengdu airport for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival at Shanghai airport, picked up by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel. |
