Upon arrival at the Beijing airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel. Free time for the rest of the day.

Day  2  Beijing   (B,L)

Visit famous attractions in Downtown Beijing.

Day  3  Beijing   (B,L)

The highlight is the visit to the majestic Mutianyu Great Wall. Recommend you to climb up the Wall to enjoy the magnificent view. If you prefer, you might also choose to go up and down by cable car, the extra cost of cable car (RMB 50 one way) will be at your own cost.

Day  4  Beijing   (B,L)

Continue our cultural explore in Beijing.

Day  5  Beijing, Chengde   (B,L)

Transfer to Beijing train station for your early morning train (soft seat) to Chengde. Train No.: N211 (leaves Beijing at 06h30, arrives Chengde at 10h48. 4 hours and 18 minutes). Upon arrival at the Chengde railway station, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel to freshup and have breakfast. Then drive to take our sightseeing tour.

Day  6  Chengde   (B,L)

Transferred to Chengde train station for the train back to Beijing.

Tipping Policy in China

Days Inn in Beijing was comfortable and in a nice location. We were put up in the old wing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, two rooms had no full-length mirrors, which was an inconvenience. However, we still liked this hotel and the service was good. As you already know, there was a mistake made in the booking for the 1st night at this hotel, and we were relieved there were still available rooms for us.
